Project Advisor and Coach
Michael is a Project Management Advisor and Coach for executives of major Energy, Construction and other companies, and the CEO of Mentor Group International, a Project Management Coaching company, headquartered in Thailand.
Over 40 years in Project Management, the last 27 of which as an executive and coach for international companies, such as Unocal, Chevron, PTT, ARAMCO, Total, CITGO and others. One of the successful projects that he coached, the Unocal Thailand - North Pailin Gas Development Project, was awarded the 2003 PMI Project of The Year Runner Up.
Michael has a track record of creating successful Project Management cultures for major companies and megaprojects around the word, developing project leaders and Project Management Offices (PMOs), and helping their companies be the best in their class in project development, consistently resulting in significant cost savings.
He is currently coaching senior executives as well as up-and-coming managers to lead their projects and project organizations, and excel in their lives, using the organizing principles of Project Management, and by applying critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
He is a lecturer of Project Management and Leadership for the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and other institutions. He is an international speaker and columnist in the field of Project Management, Leadership and Change Management.
Being a strong believer that life is incomplete without contributing and giving back to the society, Michael has been a passionate supporter of Project Management and he is the co-founder and past president of the PMI Thailand Chapter. He contributed in improving Thailand’s education system, by supporting the Thai Ministry of Education since 2003 as volunteer, coaching and educating Teachers and School Principles in the organizational principles of Project Management.

Kyprianos Kyprianou, MBA
Financial Project Advisor
Kyprianos is a Financial Consultant and Advisor for major projects of multinational Banks and Asset Management companies worldwide. He is the Founder-CEO of Smartline Global Consultancy DMCC, a conglomerate which includes an Investment Institute, Smartline Capital, an Aerial Services company, and a Real Estate company.
He is teaching and coaching Financial institutions over the last 20 years in the Middle East and has created over 15 Dealing Rooms for big family offices in the region. He is the author of the book “Smart Trend Trading System” and he teaches his Trading System all around the globe, from London to Hong Kong and from St. Petersburg (Russia) to South Africa.
Kyprianos is the consultant for high network individuals in many sectors (financial, construction, agriculture, “startups” and innovations). The people that attended his courses in his privately held seminars and acted upon his advices resulted in making successful investments. He also taught in private businessmen in reengineering of their companies. Currently, he is managing and coaching two projects in Saudi Arabia estimated at more than 200m USD.
His company holds a worldwide contract with Thomson - Reuters Academy (a worldwide financial data distributor) and though this agreement it has access to more than 250 countries, and he is the main trainer for the professional courses that the company delivers.
Some of the largest Banks and Companies that Kyprianos advises are: National Commercial Bank (Saudi Arabia), Gazprombank, Arab Bank, Eurobank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Riyadh Capital, Dubai Investment Group, BHS Dubai.
He believes that a human being needs always a “new game”, thus he is open to enter projects in new sectors, and provides his vast knowledge on the timing of investments and how to re-engineer and reorganize a company, and adapt new skills in order to support a variety of projects. He is always interested in innovations and new technologies, thus he is the main investor for a number of ‘startups’ and innovations.
